How long does a custom soccer jersey sample take?
5–7 days of production after design confirmation, plus 3–5 days express shipping — or same-day video review directly from our factory.
The 6-Step Process

Day 0
Step 1 — Send your design
Send us artwork in any common format (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG — even a hand sketch works). Include logo files, colors (Pantone codes if you have them), and your team name / player list if needed. No designer? Send us your club crest and a reference photo — our in-house design team builds the rendering for free.

Day 1–2
Step 2 — Confirm renderings
We send back digital renderings showing your design on the actual garment — front, back, and detail views. You request changes, we revise. Nothing moves to production until you say yes.

Day 2–3
Step 3 — Confirm fabric and sizes
Pick from 22+ in-house fabrics (or use the category default: e.g. 100% polyester 160gsm for soccer). Confirm your size breakdown — standard sizes S–4XL, or player-by-player custom sizing.

Day 3–8
Step 4 — Sample production
Your physical sample is cut, printed, and sewn on our own production line — we do not outsource sampling, so there is no middle-man delay. Sample lead time: 5–7 days.

Day 8–10
Step 5 — Sample review
We ship you the sample (express, 3–5 days to most markets) or film it in a live video call from the factory floor — many clients choose the video review to save a week. Approve it, or we revise once more.

After approval
Step 6 — Mass production
Bulk production starts the day you approve. Lead time: 15–25 days depending on quantity and season.

- Logo file (vector preferred: AI/PDF/EPS)
- Colors: Pantone codes, or we match from your artwork
- Roster: player names + numbers (if printing)
- Size breakdown per player or per size curve
- Delivery address and preferred shipping method (sea / air / express)
