1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of haoyingtca.com (the "Website") operated by HAOYING TCA Sportswear. The Website is a B2B catalog and inquiry tool intended for businesses, clubs and distributors. No consumer sales are made through this Website.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape it at scale. Product images, designs and copy are owned by HAOYING TCA Sportswear or licensed to it and may not be reused without written permission.

3. Inquiries & quotations

Information on the Website (specs, photos, MOQ, lead times) is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. Binding terms are agreed by separate written quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.

4. Orders

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 20 pieces for custom logo printing on stock; ≥ 50 sets per design for full custom production.
• Sample lead time: 5–7 days. Bulk lead time: 15–25 days, subject to confirmation.
• Final pricing depends on quantity, fabric, decoration and Incoterms agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual property of customer designs

By submitting artwork or logos you confirm you have the rights to do so and grant us a limited license to reproduce them solely for your order.

6. Disclaimers

The Website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties regarding the Website itself. This does not affect statutory rights in any sales contract.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from use of the Website is limited to EUR 100. This clause does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer/B2B protections in your jurisdiction. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Guangxi, China.
